  • Going through atleast 50% of the study/course material provided on our portal
  • Refund request is raised within 60 days from date of purchase.

2.The intention behind the condition is that only those who actually use the course with full participation and do not find it relevant can claim a refund. One should not be able to claim a refund without actually undergoing the course substantially.

3.If you do not comply with the refund conditions, a refund request will be rejected. To qualify for this refund policy, one needs to go through the study material properly and fully experience the course curriculum. Any kind of cheating will disqualify you from being eligible to a refund.

4.We may take a maximum of 30 working days to refund the money to the source from which it was paid. However, we try to refund within 7 working days after a valid request is made.

5.We will reserve the right to refuse to sell any course to the person who requests such a refund. If you try to buy any other course in future from brihaspati.ai , you must disclose that you have taken such a refund in the past. We will also retain the rights to advertise the fact to our future customers that we made a refund of this nature.

CLARIFICATIONS ON THE REFUND POLICY

1.How will my attendance be logged on the brihaspati.ai system for the purpose of the refund policy?

Please note that it is mandatory to go through atleast 50% of the study material to be eligible to claim refund. Also log into the portal from your credentials to go through the course material. If you go throught material from a different account or someone else's account, we will not be able to map your completion.

2. What should I do if I am facing technical issues?

In case a student is unable to fulfil a particular condition which is barring them from claiming a refund successfully, and such non-fulfilment is because of a technical error, we may create an exception if the student can prove that they raised a complaint to [email protected] with the relevant screenshots and time stamps of the particular error.

3. I have completed 25% of the study/course material and don't find the course suitable for me. I want to raise a refund request right away.

Premature refund requests will not be entertained. You must comply with all the requirements of the policy. All refund requests must be raised within 60 days from purchase.
